We are encouraged to try new things and are given endless opportunities to build our career, as Crystal’s robust expansion opens up new areas of focus and lines of business. In addition, because of our transparency, we are given honest and frank appraisals, giving us insight into the strengths we should enhance and the shortcomings we should strive to improve.  These are the reasons why I have stayed at Crystal for that long and plan to stay as long as I can.

Working with Crystal has given me all the challenges and rewards I desired in a career. I started my career with Crystal in 2006 as a Production Senior Supervisor in a small operation with just 32 employees. I have worked my way up since then, first becoming Assistant Product Manager before being promoted to Production Manager. Today, I’m a business head to handle Japan market in Vietnam with 9 workshops & 7,000 employees and staff of a second biggest exporter in Vietnam and the fastest of all Crystal factories to break even!
