Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate AI technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost productivity in garment manufacturing operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and assess their applicability to improve manufacturing processes.
- Conduct testing of AI techniques to develop systems for real-time quality control and defect detection in garment manufacturing.
- Lead research on visual inspection algorithms and other AI-based methods to ensure high product quality and minimize defects.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives, including defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify AI opportunities, define project requirements, and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI and data solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Prior experience in the garment manufacturing industry or with a focus on applying AI in manufacturing or supply chain environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical analysis tools is preferrable
- Experience with computer vision and image processing technologies is a plus.
