Assistant General Manager - Production

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day‑to‑day production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
Optimize manpower planning, machine utilization, and production layout to improve output and reduce operational costs
Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to develop and implement effective production models for different product categories
Drive on‑time order fulfillment by ensuring the right quality, quantity, and cost across all production lines
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process re‑engineering initiatives across production and supporting functions
Develop and execute production strategies and plans aligned with business growth and capacity expansion
Ensure appropriate technical training is delivered prior to the implementation of new equipment or technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Clothing, Textile, Chemical, or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years of relevant production experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
Strong expertise in cut‑and‑sew garment manufacturing, production flow, and machinery
Proven track record in driving factory productivity, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization
Solid understanding of production engineering, process improvement, and quality management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage
Willingness to be based in Cambodia
