Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust internal control procedures to ensure financial reporting integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance
Continuously review and update internal control procedures to adapt to changing business needs and best practices
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to manage evolving business risks
Perform regular internal audits, including annual anti-corruption vendor and exempted vendor reviews, to validate control effectiveness and identify improvement areas
Carry out walkthrough audits across key operational and financial processes, such as administrative and capital expenditures, cash and bank management, and sales and purchase activities
Provide regular risk assessment reports and recommendations to enable informed decision-making and risk-based planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related disciplines
CPA Certification is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a sizable company, with public accounting firm experience as an advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong communication and influencing skills, planning and organizing abilities, and analytical/strategic thinking
Desirable traits include learning agility, collaboration, delegation and empowerment, and a willingness to learn and be patient
Frequent Travel to China offices will be required
