Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements independently or as part of a team, covering planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages in alignment with the annual audit plan
• Consolidate and analyse audit data to produce clear, concise, and reader-friendly reports
• Perform data analysis to identify and assess high-risk areas, generating actionable insights to support audit planning and observations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and auditees to enhance collaboration and transparency throughout the audit process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline
• Professional qualifications such as CPA (HKICPA) or CIA (IIA)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, OneNote)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
