Assistant Manager - Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting overseas factories and regional operations by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure to implement IT projects, maintain corporate standards, and support business growth, travel is required.
  • Provide guidance, advisory and control to infrastructure team and specific projects from pre-study to delivery
  • Support project implementation and resolve technical issue
  • Manage Infrastructure by using code or tools for automation and simplification.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or regional IT support.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with factory IT infrastructure, including: CCTV, Access Control, wide infrastructure products on Linux and Microsoft platform AD /DNS / Exchange / SQL
  • Sold experience on configuration network configuration.
  • Infrastructure as code: Linux / PowerShell / Terraform / Ansible /Docker / K8s Coding / scripting language such as XML, JSON,YAML
  • Frequent Business Travel Required - to overseas factories and offices
