Responsibilities:

Develop and implement medium and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Formulate competitive pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer affordability.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Act as a bridge between R&D/Fabric Development and customers to drive product success.

Translate new fabric innovations into market-ready solutions aligned with customer brand values.

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

Relevant sales or management certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.

10+ years in sales, with a focus on the textile/fabric industry; managerial experience is mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of the fabric industry, market trends, and customer needs.

Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.

Fluency in English and Chinese.
