Infrastructure Equipment System Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage Infrastructure Equipment projects from feasibility studies (data collection, design criteria) through construction, commissioning, and performance testing. Prepare technical reports, specs, and bid documents.

Develop upgrades/expansions for facilities, including process flow diagrams, cost estimates, and construction plans.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on engineering aspects. Support pricing, bid reviews, and value engineering.

Experience with treatment plants, reverse osmosis, filtration systems (multimedia/cartridge), pumps, chemical feed equipment, and ion exchange resins.

Manage boilers, compressed air systems, evaporators, control panels, and related operational standards/processes.

Ensure designs meet location specs; advise on environmental/safety regulations. Conduct inspections, enforce policies, and develop testing protocols.

Optimize utility costs, evaluate equipment operation lifecycle, and propose cost-effective solutions.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks, site audits, and technical evaluations as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering discipline or equivalent.

5 + years of engineering industry experience performing routine engineering tasks in Infrastructure Equipment (WWTP, Boiler, Liquid Nitrogen, Compressed Air, Gas supply and equipment, etc.), construction and operations experience.

Proven experience in water treatment processes and systems (e.g., filtration, sedimentation, disinfection, reverse osmosis).

Advanced knowledge of one or more facets of engineering; design principles, technologies, unit processes, markets, design guides, and standards.

Mix of technical experience including but not limited to coordination of civil/structural/mechanical/electrical, water and WWTP design, lift stations, pump stations, treatment plants, construction contract administration and management.
