L&D Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Associate Program including but not limited to
    • Manage the associate performance
    • Provide suggestions and feedbacks to organizations for continuous improvement
    • Manage associates cross organizations events as well as CEO meeting
    • Manage associate Individual Development Plan (IDP)
    • Support and deliver soft skills trainings and hard skill developement plan with factories
    • Support the execution of corporate talent development program for example development center, training workshops.
  • Work with business partners and department heads to conduct ongoing training need analysis
  • Prepare training and development plan and assist in the development and implementation of the training curriculum for assigned employee population
  • Provide train the trainer services for other organizations
  • Manage a team in CN, act as the Share Service Centre which focusing mainly on execution in L&D topics for trading office and factories.
  • Develop junior L&D team members for picking up new L&D initiatives.
  • Support other ad hoc HR projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines 
  • Certification of licensed management tools such as Situational Leadership, 7-habits, OPQ, DiSC, etc will be an advantage but not essential
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in L&D area, experience in talent management and training program design is highly preferred
  • Good command of both written & spoken in Mandarin & English while speaking Cantonese is advantage. 
  • Travelling to other factories in China as well as other countries is required.
