Manager - Development R&D

Responsibilities: 

• Lead research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Drive R&D initiatives to evaluate and implement new development practices and solutions
• Establish standardized development frameworks and conduct training for regional teams
• Support country development teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
• Manage application development projects from planning to delivery

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in application development, IT R&D, or innovation roles
• Strong expertise in development tools, practices, and system lifecycle management
• Proven experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Travel to China and overseas is required.
