Manager - Finance & Treasury

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly financial reporting packages and support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide leadership on accounting, auditing, taxation, governance, and compliance matters
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Lead treasury operations including cash and liquidity management, daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and credit facility administration
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities to mitigate financial risks
• Monitor credit risk management and accounts receivable financing programs
• Oversee global banking relationships and banking administration activities
• Ensure treasury activities are conducted in a secure, compliant, and well-controlled manner
• Coach and develop finance team members through ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Partner with business units and key stakeholders on financial initiatives and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines, with professional accounting qualifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury functions; experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, financing, and risk management
• Hands-on experience in treasury operations, trade finance instruments, foreign exchange hedging, and onshore/offshore financing
• Familiarity with banking operations, KYC documentation, treasury controls, and electronic banking platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
