Manager - Finance FP&A

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Review spending plans and headcount requirements, validate budget assumptions, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
Identify spending trends, risks, and opportunities, and support cost efficiency and productivity initiatives.
Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, investment appraisals, and strategic project evaluations.
Support ERP, digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Partner with HR and department leaders on headcount planning and workforce management.
Monitor headcount movements, evaluate hiring requests, and analyze labor cost and productivity trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and budget governance requirements.
Support internal and external audits and promote financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Management Reporting, or Financial Controlling.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior business partnering role.
Experience in listed companies, multinational corporations, or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, or other FP&A systems is an advantage.
Experience leading cost optimization initiatives and exposure to CAPEX evaluation and project analysis are highly desirable.
Frequent travel to China is required.
