Manager - IT Application Development R&D

Responsibilities:

• Study the latest industry technology & trends and propose the improvements.
• Conduct R&D for development practices, technologies, and tools for example market exploration, testing, and proposing solutions, as well as formulating and delivering training.
• Provide technical support for development practice, technology and tools to country development team
• Help resolve country development team’s problems on practice, technology and tools
• Manage and develop applications for the group, including planning, managing projects, and designing/developing applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of work experience in application development.
• Strong technical skills in application development practices, standards, and tools.
• Application development experience in Microsoft technology stack. 
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
