Manager - IT Development (Microsoft Solutions & Data Architecture)

Responsibilities: 

• Define and manage data architecture (data models, pipelines, integration, governance) for analytics and reporting
• Drive R&D and tabletop research on emerging technologies, tools, and development practices (with focus on Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise applications)
• Translate new technologies into practical, deployable solutions with measurable business impact
• Establish standardized development frameworks and conduct training for regional teams
• Support country development teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
• Manage application development projects from planning to delivery

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in application development, IT R&D, or innovation roles
• Strong expertise in development tools, practices, and system lifecycle management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft solutions (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot Studio) to support business initiatives
• Passion for learning, researching, and exploring new technologies and methods
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Travel to China and overseas is required.
