Manager - Projects (MEP)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects (Vietnam & Cambodia)
• Collaborate with factory teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Partner with the Department Head to develop a standardized Construction Playbook
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support for existing design issues

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in consultancy, commercial/industrial development, or as a main contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing/Mechatronic, Architectural, or Interior Design
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication & influence
• Proficiency in English (both verbal & written)
• Membership in a professional construction association is an advantage
