Manager - Talent Development

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of the training curriculum for assigned employee population
- Accountable to design/deliver soft skills training and evaluate the effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Partner with business to facilitate design and development of technical/hard skills training
- Facilitate the execution of the various internal talent development programs, including design of individual program assignments, coordination for placements as well as on-going monitoring of development progress
- Coordinate and support for other Corporate L&D training/initiatives implementation as assigned
- Coach junior L&D professionals
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in L&D area, experience in talent management and training program design is highly preferred
- Certification of licensed management tools like Situational Leadership, 7-habits, OPQ, DiSC, etc will be an advantage but not essential
- Proficiency in presentation tools, i.e. Power Point / Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to travel frequently (China and other Asian countries)
