Officer - Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in annual C&B exercises including annual salary review, bonus recommendation and performance calibration processes 

  • Support in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking and salary structure 

  • Support the designs and development of new C&B initiatives such as short / long term incentive scheme etc. 

  • Facilitate to maintain accurate staff database and records

  • Support in ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management or business administration or finance related disciplines

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with compensation cycle management experiences would be an advantage

  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and benchmarking is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and analytic tools such as PowerBI is an advantage

  • Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently in a timely manner

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
