Officer - Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Manage server setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Administer Linux / Docker platform and provide support for network infrastructure.
• Provide 2nd tier support to local and overseas teams for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Lead system implementation for infrastructure design and deployment.
• Implement infrastructure automation using code, PowerShell, and various tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure experience with at least 1 year experience related on Linux / Docker / K8s platform
• Proficiency in server administration and infrastructure products.
• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services and network configuration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Linux, Terraform, Ansible) and coding languages (XML, JSON, YAML).
• Good command of both written and spoken English as well as Putonghua will be an advantage.
• Experience users will be considered as Sr. Officer position
