Pad Developer / Pad Technology Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new product development strategies, focusing on innovative pad technology.
• Establish and maintain robust technical management systems for pad development, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, resolving technical issues related to pad development and production.
• Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Develop and implement departmental strategic plans aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Manage departmental resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in textile process engineering, specializing in pad development.
• In-depth knowledge of PU dispersion technology.
• Strong understanding of pad, printing, and bonding techniques.
• Familiarity with textile testing and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
