Reward Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, equity issues, and perform validation of salary structures and compensation proposals for consistency and compliance
  • Prepare detailed compensation reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of complex data for management review and stakeholder decision-making
  • Support annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and participate in reward scheme design and implementation projects
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation planning, develop executive summaries translating data insights into actionable recommendations, and create reward communication materials

 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is preferred
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
