Reward Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, equity issues, and perform validation of salary structures and compensation proposals for consistency and compliance
Prepare detailed compensation reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of complex data for management review and stakeholder decision-making
Support annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and participate in reward scheme design and implementation projects
Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation planning, develop executive summaries translating data insights into actionable recommendations, and create reward communication materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
High proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is preferred
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools
Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
