Senior Designer (Sweater)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and delivering design ideas and plans to fulfil customers’ requirements & expectations.
Keep close pace to updated market trend and technology for production innovation and development of customized solutions.
Handle design projects and organize visual presentation development & layout.
Assist sales team in influencing customer decision via creative design ideas and solutions.
Ensure smooth transition from conceptualization, technical drawing to actual production.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Design or equivalent
Minimum 5 years related working experiences in sweater field
Frequent travel to Dongguan, China
Proficiency in design software - AI & PS
Good understanding of lingerie construction, basic pattern knowledge and garment fitting & grading
Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Fasion Designer
