Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with a strong background in factory operations to join our newly established fabric mill. Reporting directly to the Factory Business Head, you will act as the head of HR and play a crucial role in building and shaping the HR function from the ground up, specifically tailored to the unique needs of our fabric manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the recruitment of a talented workforce, fostering a positive work environment, implementing effective HR policies and practices, and driving employee engagement and development. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our fabric mill through strategic HR management.



  • Develop the HR strategy to attract, retain and develop employees to support the organization’s short- and long-term business goals.
  • Work closely with Corporate HR, CoEs and Country HR teams in ensuring consistent implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and develop workforce plans
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle and to maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and coach them in effective performance management techniques
  • Implement and enforce company policies, employment laws, and labour agreements
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR full spectrum experiences, in a people management capacity
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a factory or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Vietnam
  • Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
