Senior Manager - Finance (Operation & Control)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the Group's governance, compliance, and internal control framework to ensure adherence to HKEX Listing Rules, Group policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular reviews of internal controls, identify financial and operational risks, assess control effectiveness, and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop and maintain internal control documentation, policies, procedures, and governance guidelines to support audit and assurance activities.
• Promote a strong governance and compliance culture through training, coaching, and advisory support to finance and operational teams.
• Oversee financial operations, including monthly reporting, budgeting processes, and financial governance matters.
• Partner with business units to drive operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
• Manage and develop team members by providing coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Support audit, taxation, compliance, and other ad hoc strategic projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, internal controls, governance, compliance, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, corporate governance principles, risk management, and financial reporting controls.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
