Senior Manager - HRIS (SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in transformation projects across various functional areas such as Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other business domains
  • Plan, manage, and deliver transformation initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors
  • Analyze business and system requirements and act as solution architect to propose process re‑engineering and system solutions
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end systems that support business transformation objectives
  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in enterprise systems and transformation projects
  • Hands‑on experience with HR systems and/or Supply Chain Management systems, including system implementation and project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with proven delivery experience
  • Solid business understanding with strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders as well as external vendors
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with learning agility and adaptability in a change‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is preferred
