Senior Manager - HRIS

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of HRIS strategies and implementation roadmaps.

  • Manage HRIS projects, including defining scope, timelines, and tasks.

  • Lead the implementation of the SuccessFactors HRIS platform and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.

  • Oversee data management processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Utilize HRIS for reporting and analytics to support HR strategies.

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track performance.

  • Provide ongoing support to HRIS users and troubleshoot issues.

  • Develop training programs to enhance user proficiency.

  • Act as the primary contact for system-related queries and escalations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years in HRIS management, with a focus on SuccessFactors preferred. Proven experience as an HRIS expert with a strong understanding of HRIS functionalities and data management principles.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.

  • Strong ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Good command of English and proficiency in Chinese.
