Senior Manager / Manager - Sales & Operation

Responsibilies:

• Manage the team of product & yarn development and order fulfilment towards the business growth of division/factory target 

• Foster strong relationships with customers and work closely with their counter parts to execute the marketing strategies 

• Responsible for budgeting and product pricing which align with company’s business direction 

• Work closely with R&D team during the product development stage to secure the products comply to customers’ standard 

• Drive the team to maintain the excellent services to the customers and ensure targets are met. 

Requirements:

• University graduate with related disciplines preferred.  

• At least 8 years’ management experience with 3 years’ experience in leading product & sample development and order fulfilment team 

• Proven record in managing sizable customers 

• Production & operation experience in a garment / sweater group 

• Good Supply Chain expertise from raw materials to fulfilment experience
