Senior Merchandiser - Sales Operation

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our products.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including product development, and merchandising operations to ensure alignment of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 2 years or above experience in related experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in Intimate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
