Senior Merchandiser - Sales Operation

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our products.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including product development, and merchandising operations to ensure alignment of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 2 years or above experience in related experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in Intimate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
