Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Manage server setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide 2nd tier support to local and overseas teams for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Lead system implementation for infrastructure design and deployment.
• Implement infrastructure automation using code, PowerShell, and various tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of infrastructure experience with at least 1 year in Infra DevOps.
• Proficiency in server administration and Microsoft infrastructure products.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and network configuration (Cisco, Ruckus).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Linux, Terraform, Ansible) and coding languages (XML, JSON, YAML).

• Good command of both written and spoken English as well as Putonghua will be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Sr. Officer position
