Senior Officer - Procurement Optimization

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and govern procurement master data (supplier, material, pricing)
• Prepare spend analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking (e.g., PPV, cost savings)
• Support ERP/P2P systems and procurement workflows (PR-PO, approvals)
• Drive automation initiatives (RPA, Power Automate, reporting tools)
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and regional teams for data consolidation and reporting

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, or system support
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
• Exposure to ERP/P2P systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UIPath) is an advantage
• Detail-minded, analytical, and able to work across teams
• Frequent Business Travcel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.)
