Trade Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Work with all stakeholders to implement appropriate internal trade compliance processes and procedures which comply with all applicable import, export and customs regulations as well as international trade laws
• Keep abreast of the international trade regulatory changes and challenges and update all internal stakeholders on all matters related to trade and customs compliance
• Conduct trade compliance training to internal stakeholders

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in trade & customs areas for both internal and external operators
• Develop, validate, and implement Country of Origin determination process from import of raw materials to export of finished goods
• Conduct annual internal / external customs audits to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal and external controls are aligned with current policies & procedures
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Admin related discipline
• At least 2 years experiences related working experiences
• Flexibility to changing environments with the ability to work independently under pressure and in a timely manner
• Detail oriented with strong analytical; good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Station in Hong Kong and frequents travels to other East Asia countries

• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Supply Chain Assistant Officer
• Fresh graduates are welcome
